Returns

Of course we hope that your shopping experience at HiddenHills Boutique is the absolute best!  However, if you’re not completely satisfied with your order, we will do everything possible to try and make it better! 

Once you have received your order, please look over your items. If you think that you've received a defective item, contact customer service within 3 business days of receipt of your order.  If you were sent incorrect items or are missing items from your order, please contact our customer service team within 3 business days so we can get that corrected for you!

*We photograph each item and do our very best to display accurate colors, measurements, and patterns. Items with slight variances will not be considered defective, as each item may be a bit unique in pattern placement or colors. 

Please see our simple steps and procedures for returns below:

  • Merchandise may be returned for Store Credit only, in the form of a gift card. Your gift card code will be sent to the e-mail address provided at checkout.  You may then apply this to your next order! 
  • Returns should be postmarked 10 days from the delivered date.
  • All SALE items are FINAL and cannot be returned.
  • Any items ending in .99 are FINAL SALE and non-returnable. Custom graphic tees, preorders, leggings, bodysuits, beauty, earrings, hats, makeup or hygiene products are also FINAL SALE..
  • All Returned items must remain un-washed, un-worn, and with the original tags still intact. 
  • The customer is responsible for the shipping and handling of the returned item(s). We encourage you to hang on to your tracking number for your return as this can help our team provide a specific estimate for when you can expect your store credit - gift card code to be processed.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.  
  • A gift card notification will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please note, discount codes used when purchasing affect the amount paid for each item.

*Please allow 3-7 business days to process your return once it is received at our warehouse.

 

 

Hassle-Free Returns

We know, returns can be a hassle.  We will work really hard to keep the return process simple so you can stay FABULOUS.  We’ve spelled out the process below so that you’ll know just what to expect.

To initiate a return, please email info@hiddenhillsboutique.com, please be sure your email includes your name, order number and item descriptions. We will reply with a Return Confirmation and return address. Please DO NOT send back an item without first being sent a Return Confirmation. We’ll take it from there!  Don’t forget that your original shipping cost is non-refundable. 

Once your return is delivered to our boutique, our team will put all of your information into the system as quickly as they can! Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your gift card to be issued via email. Please note holidays will effect this processing time. The automated email will be sent to the email address used to place the order – we cannot change this! 

 

Exchanges

*Unfortunately we do not process exchanges as we can not guarantee what items will remain in stock. 

But don't worry, we feel your pain and love the clothes just as much as you do, and we’ll issue you a store credit as soon as possible!  If the right style is available in the correct size, you can use your new e-gift card to buy it!

**Prices are subject to change at any time and without notice. We will not adjust purchase price once you have paid.
